Reaching
We are a light house penetrating the darkness. We must have purposeful endeavor. We must aggressively and decisively reach the lost, winning them to Christ.

Healing
We are a Hospital, providing care and restoration. We must collectively address those issues of abuse and misuse. We must restore those who have wandered away from God and His Church. We must seek and be only God's servants as agents of healing for those who are wounded and fragmented. We must be concerned about holistic ministry, which means we must make ourselves available spiritually, physically, and socially to those who are hurting.

Equipping
We are a Spiritual Mother, birthing ministries and nurturing believers. We are called by God to offer training and equipping, which is multifaceted, and includes character development, leadership skills, personal development, and spiritual leadership. We must find our gifts and fulfill our ministry by becoming an instrument in the hands of God. We must affirm and acknowledge each others' gifts to the body of Christ. We must work in partnership with each other in order that God's people can develop and grow spiritually, socially, and mentally. Our joint effort is more powerful than the sum of our individual efforts.
