Rev. Josh Bair – Executive Pastor & Next Generation Ministries
Rev. Josh Bair serves as the Executive Pastor at Christian Life Church, where he leads with vision, strategy, and a deep commitment to spiritual growth. In this role, he oversees leadership development, ministry systems, and strategic initiatives that empower the church to thrive in its mission.
Alongside his executive leadership, Rev. Josh continues to shepherd the Youth and Young Adult Ministries—passionately guiding Gen Z and Millennials through Recoded Student Ministries. His heart is to see young people discover identity, purpose, and transformation through Christ.
Known for integrating biblical wisdom with innovative leadership, Rev. Josh brings a holistic approach to ministry—equipping both leaders and students to grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually.
He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary and remains grounded in his greatest callings: husband to Breahna and girl dad to their two beautiful daughters, Dallas and Saige.
